Project Overview

A precision machining company was losing 20+ hours per week to manual quality control documentation and production scheduling. We built a workflow automation system that integrated with their CNC machine controllers via OPC-UA, automatically captured quality measurements, generated non-conformance reports, and fed data into a scheduling optimizer. The system used machine learning to predict equipment maintenance needs before failures occurred.
